DR. NICK SIMSIRIS, D.C.

Dr. Simsiris grew up in Toronto, Ontario and completed his undergraduate education at York University with honors. His primary concentration was in Kinesiology, with a secondary concentration in Athletic Therapy. While studying at York University he was actively involved as a student athletic therapist with many varsity teams and sports medicine clinics. He obtained his Doctor of Chiropractic at Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2000. Since receiving his license to practice he has worked in many different chiropractic fields as a clinical assessor and clinical director. He is currently in full time clinical practice at Premier Medical Centre in Toronto specializing in the diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of various neurological and musculoskeletal disorders. He has extensive experience working with children and adults with athletic injuries, degenerative disc disease, arthritis, sciatica, headaches, and many more. He serves the community by doing volunteering in classrooms, accepting youth placements throughout Toronto, and teaching exercise classes for all ages. He appreciates any opportunity to do health education in his community.

 

LEA DIAKOLOUKAS, M.ED.

Lea Diakoloukas, M.ED. is a psychotherapist and psychometrist working with adults, couples, adolescents, children, and families. She received her Master of Education degree in Counselling Psychology from Mount St. Vincent University and is a member of the Ontario Association of Consultants, Counsellors, Psychometrists, and Psychotherapists (OACCPP). She received postgraduate training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) with adults and children, Brief and Narrative Therapy, Psychoanalytic Therapy and Family Mediation. She specializes in treating individuals, couples and families with a variety of psychological difficulties including coping with anxiety, depression, post traumatic stress, bipolar, chronic pain, sleep disturbances, relationship issues, OCD, addictions, life transitions, grief, parenting concerns, child, youth and adult ADHD and sexuality. She assists families and individuals in post-separation, divorce, and other family mediation issues. She is also trained in mindfulness and meditation. Clinical services are conducted in English and Greek in Toronto and surrounding areas, in person and by phone. Compassion, non-judgment and authenticity of presence act as the foundation upon which therapy is conducted.

Rose graduated from Wellsprings College of Massage Therapy & Esthetics and College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.

I am committed to sharing my passion for health and wellbeing with others. I am a compassionate person who believes in the healing power of touch and enjoys the challenge of being part of my clients healing process

I specializes in Swedish massage, Deep tissue massage, Trigger point Therapy, myofascial release, joint mobilization, pain stress management, relaxation massage, reducing anxiety and depression, remedial exercise, Hydrotherapy techniques I had diploma as a Physiotherapy assistant since 2005, I also trained in as Physiotherapy assistant , using modalities as ultrasound therapy, TENS transcutaneous hydrotherapy ,electrical nerve stimulation. I had unique experiences with many different customer service administration billing to different EHC and MVA clients.

Mitesh Rajodiya is an internationally educated physiotherapist graduated from India in 2009. He was previously registered in India and currently registered in Ontario, Canada. Since completing his degree, Mitesh has continued to expand his knowledge base through post graduate level courses in Graston technique, NeuroKinetic Therapy, K-Taping, Acupuncture, The Mulligan Concept of Manual Therapy, Mckenzie – Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy and Neuro-Developmental Technique (NDT) for Hemiplegia and Cerebral Palsy.

Mitesh has treated a wide range of individuals and conditions from acute to chronic musculoskeletal aches and injuries, sports injuries and neurological problems. He tries to achieve best outcome results from treatment focused on education and exercise, often augmented with manual therapy such as mobilization & soft tissue release and dry needling techniques such as IMS & acupuncture.

Mitesh’s focus is unwaveringly on the needs of his patients. While some people attend physio with a clear goal in mind, many do not: Mitesh’s strength is in setting reachable goals with the client, and providing the guidance and help to achieve them. He is passionate about his career and strives to ensure an optimal experience for all his patients.
